Can I voice my dislike of store-baked goods? I know they're done right there in the bakery, but that's not the point. Actually, for goods like that, they're usually delivered frozen and then baked 'til done each morning.
I vastly prefer to make my own croissants (or any other food for that matter), that way I can make croissants large enough to actually count as a breakfast on their own.
